Very poor customer service. We agreed on a fee that would be waived if I went with their quote for the repair. They came in and told me that the furnace needs to be replaced and demanded $75 for diagnostic. I asked for the quote for the new system. He responded by text calling me "a pieco of trash" and refusing to provide a quote.
this technician got good prices and good work he is 100% recommended to anyone.
