Carlos is very professional and courteous. He arrived as promised. We appreciated that he gave all the available options after diagnosing the issues with our HVAC systems, gave us cost estimates, and then let us decide the best option for us. Most HVAC personnel that we have dealt with do the work first and then tell you how much we owe. I will use him in the future.
Carlos is hands down the best in the business! Very thorough provided insight and future prevention methods to help our AC unit runs smooth as possible.
Carlos came out and found the problem with my AC unit fan not shutting off after reaching room temperature. He cleaned the unit. Replaced the worn parts and the AC worked great again. Then the wires for the heating element in the AC unit weren't connecting to power and Carlos immediately returned and fixed this problem without charging me. Even though it was a different problem. That's great service! I'm glad I found his business in Bedford. Will definitely be use his expertise in the future.
He was on time and honest. Fast and quick. Got everything done in a timely manner.
