DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BILLING INFO OR LET THEM TOUCH YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE YOU GET A PHYSICAL WRITTEN QUOTE OR INVOICE. Called to schedule a tech to come out and look at my air compressor. The women on the phone said it was $155.00/hr which I agreed to. The tech came out the next day and we more or less chit chat for 30 minutes about the air compressor and determined since it was an older model Speedaire brand that they didn't specialize in, the best thing to do would be to use it until it basically breaks.
