Tried to get service with them and they booked an apointment, I guess they use an AI assistant, or at elast thats what they claim. We booked on Friday night around 8:30pm for an apointment between 8am-8pm Saturday, then get a call on Saturday around 10am that they had an AI mistake and we cant be booked till Tuesay and if we want to be rescheduled. Oh man, this is a doozy, I’m going to have to put this on google review too. OK, so I had a $99 furnace tune up. I got a call a few days ago if I wanted a get a free plumbing diagnostic. I said yeah. Gene comes in and I tell him the main issue is my master & guest showers don’t heat up for a long time and only get Luke warm. He said, I needed to get a drain cleaning and that will fix the problem. My heater died today and my local heat and air place was closed for new years day. I decided to reach out to the closest prospect to get it fixed ASAP. I called this air comfort solutions and was immediately told to wait when the rep answered the phone and then was told they could have someone to my address shortly after 3. I did not hear back from them until 7pm only to be told that they do not have a license to service the purcell area.
