I called, they came the next day…. He looked like he was 16, could be because I’m 60. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He located the problem very quickly but checked the rest of the system to make sure there were no more problems lurking…. Great service.

I purchased a used unit form Justin and he guaranteed it for 6 months but after a couple months (Feb20, 2023) the compressor went out (and when I let him know on Feb 20, he didn't show up to check it til March 15th to even look at what was wrong) which at that time told me it was a $827 repair so Justin thought it would be smarter for us to purchase a larger unit (3 ton) instead of fixing the one he already installed which I agree to since he was taking off the cost of the Compressor repair.
