Dishonest, Irresponsible, and Incapable I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Air Comfort Service Group. I signed a contract for HVAC maintenance, which included cleaning the drain pans twice a year. However, two of my AC units leaked due to clogged drains (just after two months of my maintenance), causing leak damage to my apartment and the unit below. Do NOT use this company. They are truly dishonest! Our AC breaks down every summer and AirComfort (their so called “best tech”) claimed with great confidence that it was a faulty switch. Paid thousands of dollars & within 2 days our AC unit shut down again. When calling to complain and rectify the situation, we were promised the tech named Melissa would come out and fix. Never did!!! Instead we are out thousands of dollars and the problem keeps happening. Our management recommended other companies in light of this situation.... read more
