The tech came out and found our issue and have it solved within 30 minutes of being here, he held himself very professionally and would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with their unit.

We have an Ameristar unit that was installed in a new home build since 2020 and since that time the evaporator coil has broken now 3 times. Comfort Air has said to us on multiple occasions that our builder chose a cheap unit and that’s why, even though it’s a unit they chose to carry. In the last 3 years I have spent days trying to figure out a solution. We were told to reach out to the manufacturer who then continues us to tell us to reach out to the installer.
