Air Comfort Designs, LLC Heating and Air My AC broke in 90 degree weather… Strictly business, no nonsense. Rick called me back same day…set up a time to come out the very next day…showed up in the agreed time window…diagnosed the problem…explained all my options…came back in 3 days, in the agreed time window again…fixed my AC within a couple of hours…educated me and answered my questions…AND checked in the next day to see how it was working. Thanks Rick and son.

Air Comfort Designs LLC went the extra mile to insure that our electrical system was compatible with the voltage needed to safely operate my mini-split. They made additional phone calls to make sure that the parts needed to make the connections were installed for our safety.
When our company's main AC unit went out the week of July 4th during the hottest heat wave, Ricky and Jordan quickly came to the rescue. They gave us a fair price, went over and beyond by cleaning parts of the entire AC system, and showed us ways to get the most efficiency out of our system in years to come. They were professional, excellent communicators who got the job done when we needed it. I would recommend Ricky's team to anyone!
