One of the worst experiences I have ever had as far as doing business. He was extremely eager to come out and offer diagnostic but I almost feel he never intended to follow through with any repair services if I offered to hire him to do the job. Maybe he was just looking to make a quick buck on diagnostic fee. Who knows. He seemed decent in person except for the blatant red flag where he claims to only accept Zelle payments. I had an issue with my heating system and called Eddie early on a Saturday morning. He arrived within 2 hours and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. He made a recommendation on a repair that I should consider and came back later that afternoon to replace the part. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and extremely fair on pricing.
