was great from the start. 6 months, 7 service calls, and 2 units later still the same problems. They were suppose to come out today before the warm weather came in but never showed up. Spent alot of money for them just to pass us off..... Good luck if you go with them.......
Eric Cole is the absolute best thing ever. He did a very thorough top to bottom check on everything & found the issue. He took his time and did it right. He's very respectful and sweet. He would get 10 stars if you offered that many.
Great service, excellent quality and professionalism. Unit went out on a Friday night during a recent heat wave. Called at 10 pm and got a courteous, understanding and responsive service center rep. Damage of unit was extensive and Air Comfort escalated quickly to get us back on line. We also use Air Comfort for preventive maintenance twice a year and could not be more pleased with their service. They are honest and fair with their pricing. John and Linda Farmer
As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of going above and beyond for customers. These guys did just that. From the initial call speaking with the administrative professional to having our heat pump system replaced by the install crew…everyone was friendly and professional. Called late on Friday for routine maintaince and the servie person (Billy) called Monday and was here right on time. He explanined that I have a capacitor that would need to be replaced next year. This kind of information helps me plan on cost for the next service. Very good friendly service. They gave me emergency service previously and the other service people missed the problem they fixed the problem that day.
