I purchased a dehumidifier for my crawl space 2 years ago. It really has never worked properly.(ie runs continuously and never gets the humidity level to the predetermined set level). It has a 5 year warranty. I contacted Air Cleaning Equipment and *** said he was driving and would call me back after he contacted a local technician to come out and look at my situation. I bought a ******** ******* dehumidifier that broke after 2 years. I was shipped a new one and now this one is also malfunctioning after 2 years even though the warranty is good for five years. The company has not returned my phone calls or responded to my email asking for advice and a way to resolve the problem with the malfunctioning dehumidifier. I will never do business with this company again and I hope this review will warn other potential customers to steer clear of this business.

11 Dec 2017. This dehumidifier was supplied by a contractor as part of a crawl space sealing. It functioned for about 18 months. Contacted Air Cleaning Equipment and sent the dehumidifier to their Sanford operation in early November 2017. Since that time, there has been no response from them despite e-mails, phone calls, etc. Nothing is returned. Unit is manufactured in China and appears to be of poor quality. I guess I just lost out on this one.

I agree with the other reviews! The product is BAD and the service is even Worse!!! I would NEVER buy their product again.

I purchased a Titan XP90 dehumidifier that only lasted 15 months before breaking. Customer support is non-existent. Emails and phone calls are never returned. I am now left with a $900 dehumidifier that no longer works with no support from the company whatsoever.

The ******* dehumidifiers they sell are poor quality and do not last. I purchased a home with one that lasted about 3 years. It was under warranty so they made me pack up the unit and ship it back, even though I had a service man tell me there was nothing to fix, it was an integrated unit. I paid to upgrade to a new ***********.That unit did not last very long, so they sent me another replacement.
