After spending $11,000 for a new unit based on their recommendation at our second home we arrived to a damaged ceiling under the unit and it’s leaking in 2 places. The customer service since we informed the receptionist of our problem has been TERRIBLE. My wife asked for a call from management and after 8 hours not one person has contacted us. She has received the run around all day. If you use them and have any issues be prepared to get in line for a resolution from management. Hopefully they fix this.

John came to our home and visited with me on the install of our new AC system. He explained everything that was going to be done in detail. We are very happy with John’s knowledge of the companies products and services and we are very excited to start saving on our electric bill. I highly recommend Air City.

Absolutely avoid this company for your AC repair needs. Got stuck with this garbage company because my home warranty company uses them as a contractor. Completely gouged me on a warranty tea. After contacting my home warranty company and filing a complaint I’m still out over $800 for a normal $300 service call. The sub contractor that did the work agreed that the charges were wrong, and this is not over yet. Forced to choose 1 star for a 0 star review.
