Mr. Pedro Fernandez arrived very timely, introduced himself, asked where the units of our a/c system were, explained what he would be checking, then went to work. After he performed his checks, and washed out the inside of the compressor unit, he informed me that everything checked well and there were no issues. Mr. Fernandez then went through the service invoice with me. Mr. Fernandez was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I would welcome his services in the future should the need arise.
Pedro represented the company. We could not be more pleased. He was personable, respectful, and very Professional. We even had coffee together! Great experience. Keep up the good work.
