The employees outside directing drivers were to go were polite and helpful however that doesn’t outweigh the length of time it took to unload me while about 8 other trailers brought by yard employees were emptied while I sat with random bits of movement in mine, which I get it but it’s still frustrating. Got there about 2:30pm and they brought me my paperwork at 6:00pm. And we know what that means for parking in that area.
