These people screwed me so bad. They installed a new system for me in 2017 but never registered my unit w/ the manufacturer until 2020. For warranty purposes the system has to be registered within 90 days. If not, then the 10 year warranty turns into a 5 year warranty. Well, the junk A/C system they installed had a coil leak after only 6.5 years. To replace the coil now was going to cost me $2640. The whole system was only $3200. Obviously it's not worth it. I believe they went out of business... lucky i have someone who took over the warranty of my unit.. They were charging me $$ that was supposed to be under warranty

I think these people know what they’re doing but they cost us a lot of money because of their poor responsiveness and lack of follow up. We had them service our a/c and heat. They came out probably 6 or more times a and we spent thousands of dollars with them. They told us they were ordering a part but that it was backordered. We waited and checked back. V**** provides horrible service and cannot be trusted to do good work. Don't use them at all. He drives all his good technicians away and the units installed at the properties (5+) have all stopped working or in poor condition after only 2 years.
