I have utilized Air Care Heating & Cooling Service multiple times over the last several years. Thomas and his crew are reliable, competent and honest people. They conduct themselves in a professional manner and are always prompt in their delivery of services. In the middle of July 2017, our AC unit decided to just stop working. I called Air Care Heating & Cooling Service, LLC located in Raleigh, NC per a referral. I was overly impressed with their knowledge and good work ethic. The technician explained exactly what he would be checking before he started, and explained his findings when the inspection was done.
