Many cars that got there after me were placed in front of me just because.
There was a girl training that was nice. But The ticket machine was not working properly causing longer wait times than necessary!! And the bathrooms need cleaning !
3 hours and 17 minutes and counting. Some lines move quickly and others don’t. Tiger employees certainly don’t.
Service is quick as soon as you get to the bay, but it does take a couple hours to get there. Staff are friendly and professional.
Sure, it’s crowded. And it takes more than an hour and a half to get through the line. But the people are friendly and while you’re in your vehicle, get to know it. Reach your guidebook listen to a good story whatever. If you’ve got the time to go there make use of it.
