It was busy so I had to sit in my car a long time, at least an hour before I received service. Then I had to get out of my car and wait in a narrow waiting area with no a/c with a bunch of others. My test did not take long but my car was behind an older car that was being serviced. So it took about another 45 minutes to leave this place. They do have like 5 bay doors open so the wait time was like 20 min today but they do try and get you out as fast as they can

No comprehension of peoples time. With that being said. There’s no system as to how they put people in order in which they arrived. I’ve literally had 20 plus cars go ahead of me that arrived after me. 2 hours I waited to finally get into a bay:
