I see a lot of mixed reviews for wait times and staff friendliness. I was on the fence on which location to visit, but every single location has similar reviews. Plan accordingly, be patient and understand these people are here to help you. I showed up at 7:36am and was still 5th in line. By the time they opened, there were 20+ vehicles waiting in line. Worst experience ever at air care sat in line for 5 hrs and watched the employees do nothing but grab ass each other. Worst spot in town
If you have an older car I recommend getting a new gas cap before you go. They actually failed me with a new cap purchased from a dealership after failing the first test. I had to pay twice for the test and total time spent was almost 3 hours for 3 different tests.
In and out in less than 20 minutes.
