This location on Peoria & 30th has friendly employees. Wait was as expected. However, plan your visit. It took me over 1.5 hours to complete this law required task. Hence, why I am adding pictures I took during my wait. I would love to see more vans testing, out on the roads. I see them in the exact same places throughout the year. Year after year. The last time I was at this location, the line was very long (which they obviously have no control over). I may have waited almost an hour, but once it was my turn, the emissions test was done quickly. The gentleman taking payment was friendly and polite. It's convenient, so I'd go back again next time, but probably at a time predicted to be less busy.
The waiting time shown by Google is totally off.
Worthless employees. The estimated wait isn’t updated and only goes up when you get there. After waiting 40 minutes, on what was supposed to be 24, I’m 4 cars from the intake area and told they aren’t taking any more today, it’s almost 1. If I showed up 5 minutes ahead of time I get it but their times are wrong, no one institutes a cut off in advance then they turn away cars right at the front. It's a shame Air Care Colorado has a monopoly on emissions testing in Colorado. I've spent 3 hours going through this line 3 times. $50 and two brand new gas caps later. I spoke with the GM "Jared" who was rude and had zero empathy. This Google review wasn't "a threat" as you stated, Jerrod. You have room for improvement with how you speak to your customers. We ended the call with Jerod explaining he would have his boss "Tim Boca" call me back promptly. That callback never happened.
