Wait time on site said 8 min which was bs. Some old guy came by my window & just muttered "machines broke just pick a line" and kept walking. No idea what that meant. I picked a line and proceeded to sit an hour and a half while I watched 12 cars go through the other line that were BEHIND ME when I pulled up. We waved and honked at the crew to maybe use some common sense to alternate waving the lines through the faster machine and they just ignored us. Found a spot to pull out of line and just left.
