very quick, very professional.
They are fast, even when there are long lines, but I rarly ever get stuck in a long line.
RecommendedI went there yesterday expecting a long line, it was actually not bad. All the employees were working so quickly and so hard while smiling at my kids. I had a great experience. I highly recommend this place.
This place is so poorly run. Understaffed. No one knows what they are doing. The “Supervisor” seems to be the only one working while everyone else just stands around with a blank stare on their face. I can’t believe that the State of Colorado tolerates contractors who do such an incredible poor job.
I have a bad experiance with an extremely agrressive manager! You could tell them to ask questions before they run their mouth!
A tech there by the name of Jesse S. was extremely disrespectful, told me I was incompetent for pulling into the wrong lane.

I just moved here from another state and was not told by the employees that my car didn't need to be tested. When I found that out at the Motor Vehicle Dept I went back to get a refund and they told me it wasn't their responsibility to tell me. I feel like they robbed me. Not a good experience.
