Very friendly staff including admin. very efficient.
Due to the time of the year near Christmas it took some weeks to have a tech on site to diagnose and follow up calls were required asking the company to provide a quote for the replacement of our old unit. Once the quote was accepted things moved much better with the installers being very professional. Very happy with the completed job and pricing.

Excellent company. Air Care Air Conditioning had managed to squeeze us in during a busy period of time. Nick arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed our air conditioning fault, replaced a faulty capacitor and restored the functionality of our ducted air conditioning system. During a time where temperatures are high - this really helped us out. Nick and Air Care are an absolute godsend and I would highly recommend their service to others considering. A+
