My heat pump was not putting out enough heat to keep my cabin warm. Called Cozy Llama on a Saturday morning and they were here within the hour. After assessing the problem he realized he had missed a step in programming the heat pump on a previous call. Never had such honesty from an HVAC company before! Said it was his fault, didn't charge me anything! I know three other people who use them and we all agree they're the best. Highly recommend them!
