Day Jon Mark was contacted he came that afternoon and checked our units. Called me about how to fix and sent an estimate. I went over with my son, called him back to say let’s fix it. They came out next morning and it was fixed and cooling the house by 1:00. Prompt, courteous, and let me look over estimate to approve before starting anything. Thank you so much♥️♥️

They were on time, listened to my problem/or what I thought was my problem and went to work and informed me that it wasn’t as bad as I feared and had me up and running in less than 2 hours (they also checked filters, thermostat batteries, proper air flow and explained the problem and fix in a way that I understood.
