I hate this office. The staff are all messed up and unorganized. My child went to the Allen location and her file is at the Plano location. When I left the message, they did not return the call. I had to leave 3 messages for them to call me back 2 days later. The billing is a mess. I paid for the copay on my visit, but they sent the statement and stated I still owed them $40.
