The place is overcrowded and the furniture has had better days.
J'aimerais féliciter l'hôtesse qui était assise à côté de moi et qui n'était pas en service lors de notre retour vers Montréal. Cette grande dame connaît très bien son métier et je peux vous assurer qu' elle est à sa place. Elle est très polie, gentille et attentive aux autres. Nous étions sur le vol 308 et elle avait le siège 20C , je ne sais pas son nom, mais je me rappellerai toujours de ce vol. Merci pour tout .
A good experience, very clean. Plenty of choices to choose from,highly recommended.
Lots of seating. Personally would like to have a place for people who are active and not just to seat cause travelers already sit a long time on the plane
Compared to (Star Alliance Gold) this lounge is superior in it's food offerings and furniture, fixtures and equipment. Location is good to domestic gates. Counter staff at main entrance friendly and efficient (recent experience: SFO airport AC lounge entrance counter staff: very snobby and very unfriendly).
