Air Bound is a facility that teaches cheerleading, tumbling, and gymnastic skills from age 3 to adults. The classes are taught once per week each 8 week session. Private lessons are also available. There is a progression of skills that the students must pass to advance to the next level. They begin with very basic skills like summersaults and cartwheels in the white star level and progess through black, red, silver, and gold levels. Each level becomes progressively more difficult.
