Easy to deal with. Exactly, interpreted my explanation of needs. Timely and well shipped. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Great product for replacement of parts needed to rebuild a SNB. Now ordering parts for a second SNB with the same courtesy, knowledge and instructions. What a pleasant company to deal with. I'd rate it 5 stars.
I've got a nice tiffin motorhome with a sleep number dual king size bed. When I bought it we noticed the right side was Deflated. Dealer salesman of course lied.... said they all do that. We thought worst case buy a new air bladder. After getting tired of a constant slow leak I decided to fix it myself.. im very handy. I tore into it and found the leak where the fitting goes into the air bladder. It looked like it was pulled out a few times wearing the rubber flame fitting.
