Brandon was very helpful when I called about repairing a leak in my Sleep Number mattress. He explained the process of locating the leak thoroughly and shipped me a patch kit. I really appreciated the time and patience he took with me.

Wow, had a leak in my sleep number bed. Followed the procedure and did indeed have a leak in the mattress itself. Although I purchased a new mattress I wanted to keep the old one for a backup. I found the hole and it was in a difficult spot so I was going to trash it but decided to call the number listed on the YouTube channel. I'm so happy I found the air bed repair man! Brandon helped me bring my 15yo bed back to life and what I would call better then original condition with improved foam rails, mattress encasement, and hoses. I will definitely come back when the pump or chambers are needing replacement. Brandon is easy to call and speak with, very reasonable on pricing, and is very knowledge of his products. I would highly recommend. A++
Easy to deal with. Exactly, interpreted my explanation of needs. Timely and well shipped. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Great product for replacement of parts needed to rebuild a SNB. Now ordering parts for a second SNB with the same courtesy, knowledge and instructions. What a pleasant company to deal with. I'd rate it 5 stars.
