Called Brandon to make sure I ordered the right size and cover and while on the phone he had me measure my bed and I told him 8” and he said I should order a 12” with a over-rail foam insert to fill in the rest of the space. So that’s what I ordered. When I got the product the foam was only 2” so there is still 2” gap. I called Brandon to see why he would recommend a 12” cover and not just 10” with the 2” foam, he got defensive and said I was lying about what he told me to order and that I was looking for free foam. Rude is right. When I tried to cancel my order he yelled at me and then sent an email stating I yelled at him. He then charged me $245 restocking fee and I ended up with nothing.
Do not trust this guy. Spoke to him on the phone and his mumbled prices made me believe I was buying parts for a couple small amount of money. I was charged over $1000.00 and when I called him back within less then 24 hours he charged me a 25% restocking fee. I think he works out of his basement. Go to the real pros and they will tell you what to test to see what you need to fix any problems.
Poor customer service and hateful attitude from the owner. After a misunderstanding over some OEM hoses he agreed to return them as part of an order only to later, and very rudely, state they had been thrown out. The parts a adequate, but beware if you have any issues...
BRILLIANT! SIMPLY BRILLIANT! MY 17 YEAR OLD SELECT COMFORT 5000 BED STARTED LOSING AIR. WHEN I STARTED LOOKING FOR THE PROBLEM IT WAS IMMEDIATELY APPARENT THAT THE MALE PART AT THE AIR CHAMBER THAT CONNECTS TO THE AIR PUMP HOSE HAD FRACTURED. I THOUGHT I COULD GLUE IT BACK TOGETHER BUT THAT IDEA FAILED. I DIDN'T EVEN LOOK ANY FURTHER...I WAS SURE THIS WAS THE PROBLEM. Beware purchasing from this company. We purchased a replacement for our SleepNumber 5000 with recommendation from the owner we purchased a 10 inch cover... we should have ordered a 8 inch cover...being this is what this man does for a living he should have known what size replacement cover fits the products he is selling for. His solution was to add more foam to the bed which defeats the purpose of a sleep number and takes away from the firmness of the mattress. RecommendedBrandon was absolutely amazing! My wife found him while searching for a solution to our airbed losing air. In addition, our pump had these little PVC "nipples" that broke off where the tubing connected to the pump. We were told by the manufacturer that there was no fix. Another retailer contacted them and was told the same thing. We would have to buy a new motor at $400+ . We saw a video Brandon created showing how to fix this issue! Very good upgraded replacement parts for sleep number bed. Had to wait on topper as it was back ordered. Very knowledgeable and prompt delivery on other parts.
