I had an amazing experience with Raio, who did an incredible job blowing out my hair. I walked out feeling great about the results! However, I did find one aspect of the visit very unprofessional. Another employee, who wasn't with a client at the time, was playing TikToks on her phone at a high volume. The videos contained loud profanity, including the n-word, which was super gross and inappropriate to hear in a professional setting. It really spoiled the overall atmosphere. Sophia did an amazing job with my hair. She was very friendly and ensured my hair came out exactly as I wanted it to. My only issues with my visit today were with the lady at the front desk. While everyone was pleasant when I walked in, I feel as though I was blamed for their oversight. I booked a 45 minute blowout and without calling to ask or confirming my hair length they changed my appointment to a 30 minute blowout because I was “new”.
