We were trying to help our 95 year old mother who was experiencing air conditioning problems last week during very high temperatures in Tulsa. We had Air assurance come out and tell us that our coil was leaking on an older unit on 6/17/22. We received a quote that defined a Lennox EL16XC1 16 seer condenser and an R410a Lennox coil for $6200.00 that we were hoping would fix the problem. This has been cleared up, as there were multiple family members involved and miscommunication between the family members. To be clear, the installers had both the coil and the AC with them and that was the price to install both of them, but somehow information was misconstrued between family members. Unfortunate situation as we were there and ready to install expediently to take care of the elderly woman and get her taken care of correctly. We hope to earn your business in the future!
Two new toilet water tank mechanisms failed within 6 months each.

It appears we replaced the failing valve in August of 2020, then we were called back on 7/28/21 for a failing valve again. We repaired the fill valve under warranty at no cost to the customer. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for water quality, that can be the culprit of problems such as this, however, we did install it correctly, and did right by warrantying the part and labor at no charge to the customer. Very happy with the new heat and ac system. I walked into the show room and spoke with Jay R****** about getting a quote for a complete heat and ac system. Great locally owned company. We have relied on Air Assurance for more than 25 years. They told me would need to replace our unit. $27000.00 I called for a second opinion and the guy found and repaired a leak filled the unit with coolant and our system has worked perfectly ever since. Total cost was $650.00 In my opinion Air Assurance puts the "CON" in air conditioning. Be for warned!

Served Mr. ****** with exemplary service for over 35 years. literally dozens upon dozens of technicians and experiences, when one technician (who is no longer with us) made a small mistake in diagnosing leading to Mr. ******s complaint. We sincerely apologize, as we are not PERFECT, but do try and do right by our customers day in day out, as evidenced by 35 years of service.
We had our filtration for our HVAC redesigned and installed on 6/2/21. They did such an amazing job. Christian and Michael were our installers. Very professional and so pleasant. I will tell you, my husband hasn't coughed since they finished the work. Our system is only 2 years old but the company who installed it did such a horrible job. Luckily, air assurance got us all fixed up without us having to spend thousands on a new unit!

RecommendedThey find out the A/C problem. Discuss low cot alternative and replacement. When I have my upstairs HVAC replaced, price was reasonable with 10/20 year warranty.
