From start to finish, my experience was very positive. Both the gentleman that came to my house were professional and very informative.
They actually did a great service, mi A/C wasn’t working for 4 days and they came to my house and fixed everything in less than two days, Dmytro was the guy that helped us with the problem 10/10 Service from him, really good guy and great communication
It’s September and it feels like 101 outside and we’ve been sweltering at work. Dmytro From Aura came through in the nick of time and saved all of us as well as our inventory by fixing our issue (blocked AC drain that overflowed through the ceiling). He’s a very very nice guy and took care of the issue in about an hour which I was expecting to take way longer. Absolutely calling them again if/when an HVAC issue occurs again!
Americo did an outstanding job repairing our water source heat pump. These are complex systems, but his knowledge and efficiency were incredibly impressive. He is an excellent communicator who took the time to explain the entire repair process clearly. Highly recommend!
