End to end was the best experience possible for a bad situation. The care from the on board nurse and paramedic was incredible. Gentle , comforting and professional. Pilots did a great job flying the plane . And the two ambulance services were equally as comforting and professional. Hopefully you’ll never need a medvac, but if you do, I recommend AAW…

When the med crew showed up in Cost Rica they got right to work they were very professional and very knowledgeable. In the ambulance on our way to the plane they were amazing and I knew they had total control of the situation. On the plane ride was smooth and they never stopped checking and making sure my mom was stable and ok. When we got to our final hospital they had all communications ready for the hospital.
