My husband was recently repatriated from Barbados on one of your flights. We were very impressed with the care we were given by all involved, from the nurse and paramedic to the pilots on both legs of the flight. Great bed to bed service in every respect. Amazing AMAZING PERFECTION superb medical team, superb people, highly intelligent and proactive personnel, I rate them 100% as they have saved my 2 years old son’s life, flying him from Montreal Children’s Hospital to Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans. They also booked the ambulance from the Montreal hospital to the airport and ambulance from final destination to the receiving hospital. I am an RN case manager and used this company to assist a family in getting their family member home for the holidays. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They kept me posted through every step of the process. They were also less expensive than other companies that I got quotes from! My wife had a hip fracture in Dominican republic. She and I got stuck in a hospital in Punta Cana. She needed urgent surgery in US.
