Form first contact to final report the service was first class and the timing spot on. We were kept informed every step of the way by Xavier. I live in Mexico part of the year. Recently one of my visiting friends fell and sustained a hip fracture. Due to her age and possible complications the family decided to have her flown back to the states. Every one at Air ambulance 1 was very helpful and made it easy to organize and implement travel. They helped every step of the way. She is now in the United States with a new hip and able to recover near her family. Thank you for an excellent job.
