Great customer service
I have had a maintenance agreement for several years and it says they are available 24 hours but I called three days in a row then emailed with no response, finally I decided I’d try one more time and if no response I’d send a letter to cancel my service. 1- they are not open 24 hours, I called before 5pm and around 9pm and no answer not even a voicemail... finally I received a callback and I was so shocked at how they spoke to me on the phone as If I had done something wrong. Our office A/C stopped working and our the company we usually use could not get to us that day. I called in and spoke with Cody and he was very professional and courteous. He got a tech out (Jimmy) within 30 minutes and he had our A/C back up and running in no time. Thanks a lot for the great service guys! We will definitely be using your services again in the future!
My elderly mom's A/C went out, and Air Agents came to install a new system. Jimmy was really cordial and thoroughly investigated the problems and gave mom the best options. The work was done the very next day, and the 3 men who installed the system were very professional and installed the unit quickly, explaining everything that took place.
