Fred is amazing!! We had a rat get stuck in our A/C unit and another company quoted us thousands of dollars to remove the whole unit saying the rat was too far to reach. Fred on the other hand took one look at it, went to his truck, grab some plastic gloves and removed the rat that day! I highly recommend him for all of your AC services. He is very honest and reliable!
Fred is amazing!! Our college-age daughter had a noise in the AC unit at her condo. The first contractor who came told her a dead rat was wrapped around the coils with parts in the ducts (think blowing rat chunks) and that it would be cheaper to buy a new unit. He then proceeded to try to get her to purchase both an inside and outside unit without giving any specs. Then we met Fred.
