Kyoko, at the Cheyenne Mountain Branch location, was incredibly professional, kind and accommodating to my multiple banking needs. She was patient, as she needed to do extensive research into my accounts for legal purposes which was a bit time consuming on her end. I recently visited the Cheyenne Mountain Branch and had several questions about a couple of products offered by AACU. Daniel was the credit union representative who helped me. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly and clearly answer my questions. His customer service is great!
Daniel Mendoza was very, very helpful with my loan application. It went through really quick and my loan proceeds were immediately deposited to my account.
