Terrible bank. Terrible experience. Stay away at all costs. There are so many banks that care about the customer. Don't bother with this one. We got sucked in during a merge with a bank we loved. We have it a shot for a year. We've moved to another bank that cares about us as individual people not a bank account number. So different. So much better. This is the worst bank you can go to. I have been depositing checks for the business for years just did a deposit last week no issues today they wanted all this personal information and needed to pull up my other account so they can see if I bank at Air Academy. I am depositing money into a business account. Anybody should be able to bring a check made out to that business and be able to deposit in that business account without any questions. Ever since all the good employees left, this location has gone downhill
