Unfortunately, i can't recommend this bank. The people are great, but the bank itself is very inconvenient. Closes at 5, Open late on Wednesday, basically useless if you have a job and need to do banking. Unless you do online banking only, you should bank elsewhere.
I’d like to take a moment to recognize Ms. Kate for her outstanding service. Every time I visit the bank, she is consistently kind, helpful, and approachable. Her warm smile and positive attitude truly make a difference. I often find myself choosing to wait in her line, even if others are available, because I know I’ll receive the highest level of customer service. While all the staff are great, Ms. Kate goes above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate her dedication and professionalism. KATE IS AMAZING!!!😊☺️😌

This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with they never answer the phone. I can’t get into my online banking. They’re quick to take my money but not correct Anything. I was talking to someone and she was helping me then she put me on hold for 20 minutes and then someone else comes on the line like, how may I help you? This is the second time I’ve had terrible service!! Can’t wait to switch my car I wouldn’t bank with them or do anything with them
