The people are nice. The problem is the equipment that I have is awful. Had to send the Scuba S1 back once. OK. The Surfer surface cleaner is a disaster. I have, finally, a brand new machine, Surfer S1. I have sent back the original one THREE TIMES! So, they sent me a different, new one six weeks ago. Now the new replacement machine DOES NOT WORK!!. Enough. Buy at your own risk.

I’ve had my Seagul pool cleaner for well over a year and have been extremely happy with it. It was about 1/3 of the cost of the big pool equipment brands and works better than the last one I had. The best part is that when I did have an issue with the motor, I contacted support and it was one of the best support experiences I’ve had with any product. Extremely fast response, turnaround time, and all covered 100% under warranty.
