Avoid this doctors at all cost prescription always go missing the lot of them could do with a customer service course. Just blame everyone else who isn't there bad service and how hard is it to smile

Avoid this surgery at all costs the receptionists are not bothered very blunt, can't get an appointment even when you wait for it to open, they are supposed to keep appointments open for people that work but don't just very poor service but yet again if I was off different nationality I would get appointment straight away, actively looking to go to another surgery.
Very helpful reception staff. Lovely doctors. I've had no problem getting and appointment for myself or my children.
