Been maintaining my generac since it was put in back in 2021...they call you ahead of time for a scheduled approximate date and text you as well.

Absolutely the best decision to use Ainsworth for my Generac Generator issue. Nicole was fabulous from the initial call. Very customer service oriented! They got Eric over within 24 hours to service and provide maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and thorough! Very pleasant too! I highly recommend Ainsworth!! Thank you for a job well done

Mike made it out within 48 hours of our heating and cooling contactor letting him know we needed our generator switched over from propane. He was very efficient at his job, knowledgeable and thorough. We are definitely satisfied customers.

Purchased the generator from Ainsworth when it was new, and it has been serviced by them annually since. We are extremely satisfied with the product, the service and the company.
