I just purchased an 18 kW Generac whole home generator and upgraded electrical panel. The technicians were very knowledgeable, on time, always very considerate of my time. The technicians always kept me informed on what steps were needed to complete my installation. I highly recommend Ainsworth Electric when considering the purchase of a whole home generator. From the initial evaluation of my needs to working with Nicole getting me my quote and the total installation process was top-notch.

Michael and Eric showed up on time to install a whole-home generator this morning. They walked me through every step, were very patient answering all my questions, and were some of the most pleasant contractors I've ever had work on my house. Huge shout out to them and the entire team at Ainsworth. The entire process (quote, scheduling, and install) was smooth and straightforward.

My lights have been changed to bright LED lights. I have a hall light and a outside light for the first time in years. The electrician talked with me, and an idea I had he liked. He went to a store, got a light, and it looks wonderful. These people are very good, decent. High work ethics.

We had a brief power outage recently. After the power was restored our generator transfer switch failed to restore the utility service leaving me in the dark. A call to Ainsworth Electric near the end of the day for help was rewarded within 20 mins, when Eric the generator tech arrived. Eric diagnosed the problem quickly. Manually activated the HTS, restoring utility service quickly. He showed me the source of the fault and fixed it. We will now work on a more rigorous exercise schedule. Had a whole house generator installed in 2023 and have been having it maintained once a year since then. Very professional company and very patient when explaining what is being done. Installation was flawless and maintenance schedule has been great....something I don't have to worry about - it just gets done!
