Been going to this place for the last decade. Never had a problem until this last go around. Brought in a vehicle to get a smog fail in order to junk the vehicle. Tech who performed the service stated that a print out, which I wanted for records, could not be provided because of a problem with the printer but the results of the test were sent to the DMV so that I could get the junking of the vehicle process going to make sure there weren't any late fees.
