We have called at Ainsworth’s a couple of times recently for repairs to a gold chain and to have an engagement ring re clawed. At all times we were given exceptional service which was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Caroline helped us on all occasions, making us feel very valued as customers. She cleaned my rings as part of the service and gave us helpful advice on other items. We wouldn’t hesitate to use the firm again and will pass on our recommendations to friends and family.
Booked an appointment in advance with Caroline who was so helpful when getting my daughters ears pierced for the first time, from start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Caroline was so professional and made the whole experience so special for our daughter. Her ears have healed well and I have recommended Ainsworth jewellers to my friends who have also been and shared the same experience as myself. Helen, Phil and the team provided our wedding rings, as well as re-sizing an old engagement ring. The service was incredible from start to finish, we couldn't recommend them enough!

Recommended by a friend at work as I needed a pearl necklace shortening. Whilst the necklace isn’t expensive, it has great sentimental value but I felt it was in very safe hands at Ainsworths. All the staff I encountered at the shop, including the owner Phil, were incredibly professional, took the time to check I was happy with everything and helped me try to make a plan for the spare pearls.
