By far the absolute best in the buisness. There were a couple of negative reviews on here and I’m in amazement. One review I read on quality, ? - they must have gone to another shop and too dumb to realize it. The other about rudeness. Let’s just say you get treated how you act. Jane tells it like it is. If you try to push you will find yourself looking for another company to purchase from. Love her!! Jane, Chad and Big Mike definitely the absolute best in the buisness. Highly recommended!!
Just picked up my two hole dog box that I ordered last year. It was definitely worth the wait !!! Exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend Ainley products to anyone who wants the very best dog crates or a trailer that can haul a bunch of dogs safely and comfortably. HORRIBLE customer service! Lady on the phone has the worst attitude. She says she is the owner. sounds like she hates her life. I tried asking questions, but she says email info and hangs up. I am going somewhere else with my business!
Absolute garbage products
Really well made product that they stand behind 100%. Jane and Chad are the best in the business. I think I was about 12 months from deposit to delivery. I’m naturally impatient but my topper was worth every second I waited for it. After 2 years, I had one insignificant issue and was able to schedule a visit on short notice on my way home from the Dakotas. I pulled in at 7:45am and Chad had the box pulled prior to Jane getting a cup of coffee in my hand. The box was “fixed”, drawers were lubricated and the topper was back on... read more
