Wish I could give them 6 stars, AMAZING product and some of the nicest people you will meet, Bought my box in 2003, still flawless !! They even did AC for the dogs and front sliding window so we could see them while driving. Great Product
I expected and was told I was a ways out on my trailer build. That was ok. When it was done it was very nicely finished. I had mine highly customized and am extremely happy. I damaged a door panel and Chad sent me a replacement and not only were their records so well kept that the door panel mounting holes to a piano hinge we 100% drilled dead on so I didn't need to do any match drilling I just re-hung the door using the existing holes and the holes in the new door panel matched up perfectly. By far the absolute best in the buisness. There were a couple of negative reviews on here and I’m in amazement. One review I read on quality, ? - they must have gone to another shop and too dumb to realize it. The other about rudeness. Let’s just say you get treated how you act. Jane tells it like it is. If you try to push you will find yourself looking for another company to purchase from. Love her!! Jane, Chad and Big Mike definitely the absolute best in the buisness. Highly recommended!!
Just picked up my two hole dog box that I ordered last year. It was definitely worth the wait !!! Exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend Ainley products to anyone who wants the very best dog crates or a trailer that can haul a bunch of dogs safely and comfortably.
