Just picked up my two hole dog box that I ordered last year. It was definitely worth the wait !!! Exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend Ainley products to anyone who wants the very best dog crates or a trailer that can haul a bunch of dogs safely and comfortably. HORRIBLE customer service! Lady on the phone has the worst attitude. She says she is the owner. sounds like she hates her life. I tried asking questions, but she says email info and hangs up. I am going somewhere else with my business!
Absolute garbage products
Really well made product that they stand behind 100%. Jane and Chad are the best in the business. I think I was about 12 months from deposit to delivery. I’m naturally impatient but my topper was worth every second I waited for it. After 2 years, I had one insignificant issue and was able to schedule a visit on short notice on my way home from the Dakotas. I worked with Chad on designing a dog box for my Ford F150, he was amazing. Every time I asked if he could do something, there was no hesitation and the answer was always YES, adjustable shelves, no problem! I get complements everywhere I go on the the workmanship and design. Service has been exceptional. When my fan switch went bad they sent me two at no charge.
