Unfortunately they wasted a lot of my time. Scott Ainger came to do an estimate on a repair, but never produced an estimate. When I finally managed to get in touch with him again (2 phone calls to the office), he promised to come the next day as he could not recall the exact details. He never came. I texted him twice and also called the office and they said they would make sure someone would look into it. They never called back.

Gutters installed in September fell off in January. They sent someone to remove them in January but are now not returning my calls to replace them. It is mid April. The guy that showed up to remove them tried selling me roof shoveling and told me that they were the wrong size gutters to begin with.

Thank you so much We sent an email about a leak And within an hour we received a call Even during an ice storm. One person was at our house and an other one was calling to see how to help. Extremely helpful. One guy was the repair guy the other was the how can we help guy. We opted for the new shingles. They were on the roof in less than two weeks and the roof was done in just over a weekend. Thank you Scott TJ Rick and his team of Chad and the rest of the lads

Excellent and professional service. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. You receive pictures before, during, and after the work is completed. Working with Scott was easy, he explained all possible options and provided an accurate detailed quote. I would definitely work with Ainger Group again
