Thank you to Josh and his team of Jason, Brayden, Joe, Conner and Austin. This Ainger group installed our metal roof, removed some vinyl siding and installed new metal siding, replaced some evestrough to reroute a downspout and replaced 2 windows. After having a representative at my home to quote roof repair, I have had to follow up to have the repair quote emailed to me for comparison to other quotes. After weeks of waiting no repair quote has been received. This total lack of professionalism is inexcusable. I will search for other roofing companies from the area to get an actual repair quote. I was very fortunate to win Ainger Groups ROOF RESCUE. From the moment they came to my house for the assessment to finishing the roof - the whole experience was amazing. Ainger Group has a very professional crew and the team all worked together to ensure everything was done correctly. The quality of workmanship def shows! I reached out to this company during a time of urgent need after a major storm left us with significant roof damage. I spoke with a lovely woman on the phone who assured me that someone from the sales team would follow up promptly. It's now been over a week, and I haven't received a single call or update. When people are dealing with storm damage, they need reliability - fast, clear communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. They did a good job for me few years ago so I called them again last week because of the storm. A few of my shingles had gone and the wood was exposed. There was a risk of leak. They took our complaint and said somebody will call soon. It's been over a week. I followed up twice. The answer was the same that I need to wait for a call. Finally, I got someone else to get the job done. So it might be a great company. But what's the point? I got no help. Never got a call . Obviously I cannot rely on them anymore.
