Very disappointed with misleading approach. Ainger's website stipulates "Free Estimates". No conditions around this free estimate until you ask for one at which time they came back with a $195.00 plus HST fee and explained that the "Free Estimates" are for new projects only. Requests for repairs cost money for the estimate and they only credit $100.00 of the above should you engage them for the repair(s). Very misleading, hedging on fraudulent. Working with Ainger Group in person was great, they provided and shared information openly and honestly. Was happy to hear that our job had been added to the list, but was not provided an idea for date of completion (end of June, mid July, or into the fall?). After a month of not hearing anything, I reached out to get a tentative timeline (about a month longer, which was fine) because I wanted to make sure that access was clear and open for the crew. We needed new eavestrough at our place and Ainger Group was able to help. Quick response, reasonable pricing, and the professional team was helpful from the first phone call to the moment they showed up on site to do the work. They showed up with everything they needed, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up the job site before they left. I would recommend to anyone looking for work.
