I got a pedicure before my vacation and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Shima was my technician, and during the appointment, I pointed out that the polish was flooding my cuticles and asked, “Won’t this pop off?” She assured me it would be fine. Trusting her as the professional, I let it be—but just two days later, the shellac polish popped off exactly from the two toes I had expressed concern about.
