We took our dog that we had for 15 years there cause he had a tooth ache , I couldn't believe that they ended up pulling 9 teeth out (must I remind u he's a old dog with a bad heart) poor guy suffered for awhole week with me calling them everyday with his up date and everytime I took him in I payed a very nice price each time until the old man passed 7 days later. Very caring staff. We had one of our cats pass recently while undergoing a biopsy surgery, and Dr. Jaclyn seemed to take it as hard as we did. She really cares about animals and their owners as well.
Dr. Pickerill saved our young pups life! I live in Volcano and drove the two hours because there weren’t any other emergency clinics answering or taking in emergency cases even in Hilo. I’m so incredibly grateful to her and her team. She is a healer and an incredible Dr. with a kind and dedicated spirit to her work and the animals she cares for. She is a gem I would highly recommend her!
Great staff...receptive and most accommodating with pet needs and personal schedule.
