If I could havr put a 0 i would have. I know someone who brought a lost dog to you. And you just shoved it out the door like trash. YOU ARE A HORRIBLE VET!! You should find a place for it to go. Rescue? Animal shelter? I hope no one ever goes to you.
I have a primary vet in pahoa, they don’t have anyone for emergencies on the weekends so I was given a list of vets in Hilo to call from. Most of them had the “only take existing patient” rule—even for emergencies. The others also didn’t work on weekends or no one answered the emergency line. My cat was attacked by a dog and had open wounds all over her, she’s an older cat so I was stressing tf out, I didn’t think she was gonna make it to the next day without help. They got us in the same day and helped us with our Ram who was having problems. All the staff was very nice and compassionate to our animal. Really nice folks.
They Opened late for us on a Saturday night. They were very kind and knowledgeable.
We drive all the way from Captain Cook to Waimea to go to this vets office! The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today we saw Dr. Poggi for our Dairy Goat, O'o. She was so thorough and caring and sent us home with all the goodies we need to care for our Dairy Baby. Although we never look forward to circumstances that send us to the vet - we do enjoy visiting the team at Aina Hou!
