Have bought and installed over 50 of there units with no issue. First time I have an issue with a brand new unit that goes into overload with no draw and they won’t even give me return info to send it back for them to check it out. Piss poor customer service.
Great company - fantastic solutions and support. Clearly they are experienced experts at what they do. And they're One-Stop! They have all the components for any build so I can be confident everything will work reliably together. They even have the wiring and connectors. I'll never go to anyone else.
I bought an inverter through Yhe Inverter Store. The unit I received was damaged and not functioning properly. When I tried to return it I was told I was responsible for shipping, but would be refunded if it was deemed damaged. Needless to say I never got my refund. I will never buy from this place again.
Customer service was very good ... and the product was high quality.
Fan wouldn't stop running in less than a year. Got a return authorization number and Drove it to the factory myself. They say they have no record of it. They won't make good on it. Stay away from aims inverters.
