Called multiple times over the last two weeks since I moved out of California to get canceled and refunded for the insurance I have through them. Was informed will get called back the agent to cancel and refunded but have not gotten anything still. Every time I call now no one picks up and even email them with no reply. Beyond frustrating I don’t want to pay double insurance and will like to be refunded.
Doreen is the absolute best! She always helps me the best way possible in the quickest manner! She’s so polite and is always on top of things. She’s made me time at my policy so easy and amazing. I’m glad to know I can ask her for help. She truly is the best!
