I planned a special event from out of town and was impressed with the Aimee zing Faces website so I called for information. It was difficult to get a live person. I e-mailed and called several times for a quote. I was never given a written quote, just pricing information which I was told everything was on a discount so the pricing sheet was inaccurate. We hired Ron Carr (from Aimee-zing Faces) to do our wedding and engagement pictures. He was very pleasant and energetic, which we loved. You could see the passion he has for his work. His pricing was also very reasonable, and we got a good deal. However, we had a few issues with him and were ignored when requesting resolution.
