Wonderful staff. And over all very professional. In a time of distress I am glad we landed there. They seemed to predict our questions and concerns, and made sure we understood all procedures taking place.
I was a stroke patient. They had wonderful nurses, doctors that answer questions, and the food was good.
I work at uams for 28 year and I did 13 the in housekeeping and I did the rest of the years as a patient care tech
The staff, meaning the receptionist acts as if she's the doctor on call, that this is her business and Dr. Walker has no say in how his office is being ran, I've been out of my medication for over a month and I can't even get a script call him for my diabetes, they just don't care, it's all about the dollar bill
If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a blocked liver duct and was close to going into a coma. There are so many things that went wrong too numerous to mention. I stayed overnight waiting for a test I needed asap.The male nurses made lewd comments about female patients all night. The doctor did nothing for me. The er nurses were a nightmare. Well, I've had multiple problems. First off, I keep getting repeat bills for the same stuff over and over again even though I paid it already. It started with a bill for $17 then when I couldn't find the conformation number I just went ahead and paid it a second time. Later I found out that their billing department was messing up the claims to my insurance which resulted in my health insurance denying the claims for multiple appointments. I was extremely unpleased with the baptist eye center retinopathy center. First of all we had to wait 2 hours after the original appt time, Secondly we asked for our son to have the numbing drops right before they put those metal things in his eyes and they did not obey our wishes, they said we weren't taught that way and we dont think it helps them. If they have So Many patients it could be they are good at something? Do they schedule you very soon when you call with routine issues? Many questions to ask your self about their. Medical Practice. I always take a LIST and any M.D. or Nurse Practitioner will remember me with my gentle but UPFRONT and appropriate insistence that I need RESPONSES about. Do not let their Professional attributes intimidate You & waste your $$$ & time.
If I could give it less than a star I would. My mother had coronary bypass surgery there a month ago despite the plans of fixing her vascular disease first which was agreed to. Everything that could have went wrong did. Less than 24 hours after surgery she had to have GI surgery. Next day found out she had sepsis (blood infection). She had gotten taken off the ventilator only to be put back on it two days later.
